Everytime I come here on multiple occasions to buy the 15ltr lightweight cat litter the shelves are always empty. I went on the weekend and shelves are empty then went back on Monday afternoon and the shelve is still empty. Woolworths in Holywood Plaza is way better their shelves are never empty anytime of the day even on weekend.
I bought this fruit bag yesterday 15th October 2023, 02:58 pm. In the bag it's clearly stated that it's best before 21st of October 2023. I opened the bag today and found rotten fruits. I couldn't find any other portal to report the incident. I'd appreciate if anyone is willing to resolve this.
This store is conveniently located in the Parabanks Shopping Centre. The shelves are always stocked full and the staff at this store is always friendly, cheerful and helpful. The other day I went in and asked a young shop assistant about a product while he was in the middle of stocking groceries. He stopped what he was doing and took me over to the store guide sheet and then provided me with the correct information. Wonderful place to shop...

Hubby and I love this store,the staff are always very friendly and helpful, especially Corey he's wonderful and always asks how we've been. Working in retail myself I understand that long lines at checkouts are unavoidable, people can get frustrated but unless you work in the industry you don't know how hard it can be for retail workers. I'd recommend this store definitely, it's not just the products they carry but the amazing staff that keep us coming back.
The shop itself is quite good, but there was only one checkout open, and there was quite a line of people waiting. Management are very slow to react and open more checkouts.
